Salted Chocolate Squares

15 MINUTES PREPARATION - 10 MINUTES COOKING - 4 HOURS CHILLING

Ingredients

MAKES 36 SQUARES
Oil, to grease
170g dark chocolate, chopped
170g milk chocolate, chopped
150g unsalted butter
1tbsp golden syrup
2tbsp peanut butter
200g salted peanuts, chopped
100g LEIBNIZ ZOO BISCUITS, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Lightly oil a square brownie tin and line the base and sides with greaseproof paper.
  2. Put the chocolates, butter, syrup and peanut butter into a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water. Heat until melted, then stir to combine. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Stir the nuts and LEIBNIZ ZOO BISCUITS into the chocolate mixture, then spoon into the prepared tin and level the surface.
  4. Cover with cling film, then chill for at least four hours before cutting into slices and serving.
