Zebra Biscuits

Choco Leibniz Zebra Biscuits

Makes 6 Biscuits – 15 Minutes Preparation


1 packet of CHOCO LEIBNIZ Milk biscuits
100g good quality white chocolate


  1. Place six CHOCO LEIBNIZ biscuits chocolate side down on a baking tray.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Pour the chocolate into a piping bag and pipe onto the biscuit side of the CHOCO LEIBNIZ, covering all the exposed biscuit and going right up to the edge of the milk chocolate base as neatly as you can.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
