Choco Leibniz Tiramisu

Serves 6 – 30 Minutes Preparation – 2 Hours Refrigeration


1 x 568ml pot double cream
1 x 250g tub mascarpone
75ml Marsala
5tbsp golden caster sugar
300ml strong coffee, cold
2 packets of CHOCO LEIBNIZ Milk biscuits
2tsp cocoa powder


  1. Put the cream, mascarpone, Marsala and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until the cream and mascarpone have completely combined and have the consistency of thickly whipped cream.
  2. Get a serving dish ready. Put the cold coffee into a shallow dish and dip in a few CHOCO LEIBNIZ biscuits at a time, turning for a few seconds until the biscuit parts are nicely soaked, but not soggy. Layer the CHOCO LEIBNIZ in the dish until you have used one whole packet, then spread over half of the creamy mixture. Repeat these two layers again.
  3. Cover and chill for at least two hours, or preferably overnight. To serve, dust with cocoa powder.
