Choco Leibniz Flapjack

Makes 12 - 16 Flapjacks - 5 Minutes Preparation - 20 Minutes Cooking


1 packet CHOCO LEIBNIZ Milk biscuits
125g unsalted butter, plus extra, to grease
125g soft brown sugar
250g porridge oats
2tbsp golden syrup


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Tip the CHOCO LEIBNIZ biscuits into the processor and pulse a few times until very roughly chopped.
  3. Remove from the processor and place in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Put the butter and sugar in the processor and pulse again. Add the butter and sugar mix to the bowl and gently stir.
  5. Finally, tip the porridge oats and syrup into the bowl and mix well.
  6. Grease a baking tray with a little of the extra butter, pack the flapjack mixture in firmly and bake in the oven until golden brown– about 20 minutes. Delicious!
