Easy pudding

Choco Leibniz Easy Biscuit Pudding

Serves 1 to 2 – 10 Minutes Preparation – 10 Minutes Cooking


2 eggs, whisked
150ml double cream
3tbsp caster sugar
Pinch ground ginger
(Milk or Dark) biscuits,
roughly crushed
25g icing sugar, to dust


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the double cream, sugar, ginger and the CHOCO LEIBNIZ biscuits.
  3. Place this mixture into a small baking dish.
  4. Place in the oven for eight to 10 minutes. Serve warm and dust with icing sugar.
