Choco Leibniz Chocolate Lollies For Kids

Makes 15 to 20 balls – 20 Minutes Preparation – 30 Minutes Refrigeration


1½ tbsp butter
2 packets of CHOCO LEIBNIZ Milk biscuits
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
2 drops vanilla essence
6 tbsp condensed milk
Sprinkles or dessicated coconut, to coat


  1. In a large bowl, beat the butter until smooth. 
  2. Process the CHOCO LEIBNIZ biscuits to a fine crumb in a food processor and add to the butter.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, dessicated coconut, vanilla essence and condensed milk and combine well to form a smooth dough.
  4. Grease your fingers and palm with melted butter and roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll the balls in sprinkles or dessicated coconut. Poke a lolly stick into each one and refrigerate until ready to eat.
