Choco Leibniz Bockerglory

Serves 4 – 10 Minutes Preparation – 10 Minutes Cooking

Ingredients

200g CHOCO LEIBNIZ (Milk or Dark), chopped into chunks, plus extra, to sprinkle
3 to 4 shots Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
200g good quality chocolate ice cream
75g blanched flaked almonds, toasted
200ml double cream, whipped

For the chocolate sauce

225g dark chocolate, broken into squares
150ml milk
75ml double cream
40g sugar

Method

  1. Firstly, make the chocolate sauce. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  2. Meanwhile, gently bring the milk, cream and sugar to the boil in a small saucepan. Stir the hot milk mixture into the melted chocolate and set aside to cool.
  3. Place some of the CHOCO LEIBNIZ biscuits in the bottom of four sundae glasses.
  4. Add a little Baileys to the bottom layer of biscuit, then top with a little chocolate sauce, followed by ice cream and toasted almonds.
  5. Repeat these layers until all the ingredients are used up, or until the glasses are nearly full. Top each one with whipped cream and the finely crushed biscuit. Serve immediately.
