We've investigated what makes people happy and ways we go about cheering ourselves up. Dreams Come True is a national charity that fulfils the dreams of terminally and seriously ill children and young people aged between 2 and 21. Over 50,000 children access palliative care in the UK each year and it is Dreams Come True’s passion to reach as many of these children as possible.
